Retail customers of stephen outram dot com who need to return product for any reason will be required to follow the procedures as outlined in this policy. Anyone failing to follow the procedures as described will not be entitled to a refund. Please read the following policy carefully.

To make a refund-request, forward the sale-invoice email that was issued from stephen outram dot com upon purchase completion, containing the purchase details and order numbers, and include a written description of the refund-request

Please note:

There are no refunds available for digital-type products that were purchased and downloaded from stephen outram dot com

No refunds are given, implied or offered 14 days after the date the product is received by the customer

Food is not refundable

All items returned for credit or refund must be disclosed in the refund-request. Any items returned to stephen outram dot com that were not disclosed in the refund-request are not eligible for a credit or refund

It is recommended that when product is returned to stephen outram dot com, the customer use a carrier that will provided proof of delivery to the customer. stephen outram dot com is not liable for packages lost in transit or not received

Packages delivered to stephen outram dot com must contain a printed copy of the sale invoice email that was issued from stephen outram dot com upon purchase completion. In addition, the issued sale invoice order number will be clearly marked on the outside of the packaging. Packages without the order number reference will be refused.

Any package refused by stephen outram dor com is not eligible for a refund

All product must be returned in unused pristine condition suitable for resale. stephen outram dot com is not liable for any damage sustained to any returned product in-transit

All returned merchandise is subject to a 10% restocking fee

After stephen outram dot com receives returned merchandise and approved the refund, a credit or refund will be issued within 7-14 business days

Credits or refunds will be issued for the product amount only (minus 10% restocking fee). Credits will not be issued for shipping and handling
